Mahlia has been practising Reiki since 2020 and is also a qualified Personal Trainer and Yoga Instructor. It is Mahlia's desire to offer relaxation and encourage deeper connection to self through her reiki sessions with clients. Reiki has helped Mahlia overcome a range of issues including insomnia, anxiety and depression.
